Joshua Allen Harris saw potential in the NYC subway-induced gust of wind that skirt-wearers and newspaper-readers see as mere annoyance. (Has everyone met Mr. W?) Buzz on the internet suggests that he uses only trash bags and tape to create his street monsters. He's made his way through a number of blogs, including Kanye's.
